Returns

This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which items may be returned to Leuchars & Son.

Returns Eligibility

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• All returns must be in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
• Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless found to be faulty.

Many items offered by Leuchars & Son are vintage or antique. As such, natural wear, patina and signs of age are to be expected and form part of the character of the object. These characteristics are not considered faults.

How to Initiate a Return

• Please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for return.
• Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Refund Process

• Returns are reviewed within 2 business days of receipt.
• Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were supplied. We reserve the right to refuse a return or adjust a refund where an item has been used, altered or damaged after delivery.
